- You may browse our website without registration. To purchase from our Online Store, registration is also NOT required. However, Coupon Codes can only be applied after you login. Therefore, before placing your first order, please create a login profile to register with Grace Lampwork Beads. This allows you to shop faster and track the status of your orders. Once you've created your login profile, you will immediately receive an email update from us letting you know your account is ready for shopping. Then, before any future orders, please use the login to the online store using the email and password you entered when creating your login profile.
- Our online store is available to both retail and wholesale customers.
- We never rent, sell or share any customer personal information with third parties.
- Ordering
- To process your order, we ship same day (business day), but may take up to two days depending on our volume. We do our best to keep the website updated with out of stock items, however if any of the beads in your order happen to be out of stock, we will contact you. It may take us up to 4 weeks to complete an order if we do not have a particular bead on hand, however there is no additional shipping charge for a back order.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- When ordering online, you may pay directly to gracebeads.com using Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express, or to PayPal, where all major credit cards are also accepted. We also take orders by phone and email, however we only accept Visa or Mastercard for these orders. Please do not send your credit card number through email. You may call us toll free at 1-866-965-9966 about your order. If we are unavailable, feel free to leave a message and we will contact you as soon as we can. You are also welcome to email us anytime at info[a]gracebeads.com (change [a] to @) at any time with comments or questions. We sell at both Retail and Wholesale Prices.
- Retail Quantity Discount for our Glass Lampwork Only*: Quantity discounts may be available, however since they are subject to change, see our Coupons page for our current offering. You must enter coupon codes when logged in, and while in your Shopping Cart at checkout, otherwise no discount is given.
- Wholesale Quantity Discounts for our Glass Lampwork Only*: We offer quantity discounts to customers who hold resale permits/certificates. 25% off, $100+ orders, 35% off, $500+ orders and 50% off, $1,500+ orders. Prior to your first wholesale order, email a copy of your resale permit/certificate to us and we will send you the coupon codes necessary to receive your discount. You must enter your coupon code when logged in, and while in your Shopping Cart at checkout, otherwise no discount is given.
- Retail and Wholesale Discounts cannot be combined.
- * Unless we offer a special discount, our regular quanity and wholesale discounts apply to our regularly priced glass lampwork beads only. These discounts cannot be applied to our mesh ribbon, accessories, porcelain beads or to our already discounted discontinued beads.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Free USPS First Class Shipping in US on $50+ orders!
- For Domestic orders, shipping and handling can be calculated via the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" feature before the "Proceed to Checkout" of your order. If your order is being shipped anywhere in the US or Canada and is $50+, you have the option to choose the USPS First Class Mail for Free. USPS First Class Mail takes 2-5 days for delivery. Otherwise, if you prefer your order to be shipped Priority Mail or Express Mail, the options and fees are available as additional choices. If your order is less than $50, and therefore do not qualify for free shipping, your USPS First Class option and fee will be available as well.
- If you prefer FedEx or any other carrier for Overnight or 2-day service, these shipping costs will vary depending on the carrier and shipping choice. If you want to use your own FedEx account number, please let us know.
- For International orders, shipping and handling can be calculated via the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" feature before the "Proceed to Checkout" of your order. Fill in the fields with your Country, State/Province and Zip/Postal Code and the options of First Class Mail International Parcel, Express Mail International (EMS) or FedEx International Economy will be available with fees of your choice.
- Tracking numbers for all shipments will be sent via email.
- Out of Stock Items
- Whenever we are out of stock of an item, we add it to the queue to be made again, with the exception of our discontinued items (on clearance until sold out). Normally, out of stock items are back in stock in 4-6 weeks, however sometimes may be longer depending on the popularity. Check our website often for updates. However, if you would like to ensure you get an out of stock item as soon as more are made, you may call or email us to place it on back order as we will prioritize these items for you. Our current back order fulfillment time is approximately 4 weeks.
- Custom Orders are considered based on our bandwidth ability (Grace determines if a custom order is possible). Custom orders must be a minimum of $100 and a 50% deposit is required before the order is taken. These orders take approximately 4 weeks to complete. - Returns & Exchanges
- Incorrect items or defective products on any order must be returned within 10 days.
- Retail Orders: Full refund (excluding shipping and handling) or exchange within 10 days. A copy of your original invoice or packing slip is required with your return.
- Wholesale Orders: Full refund (excluding shipping and handling) or exchanges are given within 30 days. Refund or exchanges are also given from 31-90 days, less a 15% restocking fee. For refunds or exchanges 31-90 days, please call for a return authorization and include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip with all wholesale returns. No refunds or exchanges accepted after 90 days.
- Customer pays all return shipping costs except for incorrect orders or defective products.
- Privacy & Security
- At Grace Lampwork Beads, we recognize how critical privacy is to our customers. We do collect personal information when you register for our online store service, however as a registered customer with your own personal password, your information is protected. With a registered account, you can easily manage and track orders online. We never rent, sell or share any customer personal information with third parties. We may use your email address to send out order status updates, newsletters and special promotions on our own Grace Lampwork Beads only.
- Secure Ordering: All online transactions at gracebeads.com are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to authorize.net or PayPal. According to CNN, "The prevalent opinion...is that online credit card use is actually no riskier for consumers than traditional 'low-tech' transactions."
