Shipping policy

We generally ship the same business day, but depending on order volume, it may take up to two days. We do our best to keep our website updated with out-of-stock items. If any beads in your order are unavailable, we will contact you. Orders may take up to 4 weeks to complete if a bead is on backorder, but there is no additional shipping charge for backorders.

Free USPS First Class Shipping in the U.S. on orders over $100.

Domestic Orders (U.S.)

• Shipping and handling can be calculated using the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” feature before checkout.

• For orders $100 or more, you can choose USPS First Class Mail for free (2–5 business days).

• If you prefer Priority Mail or Express Mail, these options are available for an additional fee.

• Orders under $100 will also have USPS First Class available, with applicable fees.

• For UPS or other carriers (Overnight or 2-day delivery), shipping costs vary by carrier and service. If you want to use your own FedEx account number, please let us know.

International Orders

• Shipping and handling can be calculated using the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” feature before checkout.

• Enter your Country, State/Province, and Zip/Postal Code to see available options and fees for:

  • First Class Mail International Parcel

  • Priority Mail International
