Returns & Exchanges

Incorrect items or defective products on any order must be returned within 10 days.

Retail Orders: Full refund (excluding shipping and handling) or exchange within 10 days. A copy of your original invoice or packing slip is required with your return.

Wholesale Orders: Full refund (excluding shipping and handling) or exchanges are given within 30 days. Refund or exchanges are also given from 31-90 days, less a 15% restocking fee. For refunds or exchanges 31-90 days, please call for a return authorization and include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip with all wholesale returns. No refunds or exchanges accepted after 90 days. 

Customer pays all return shipping costs except for incorrect orders or defective products.
